This morning I spoke at a breakfast organised by Bright Network – an innovative start up that is trying to shake up graduate recruitment. Companies will have to get to grips with the New Kids on the Block, Gen Z. They have a completely mindset and expectations from Millennials – and companies must adapt accordingly if they are to attract the best talent. With the entry of Gen Z into the workplace, we are now entering a time when there are four generations in the office – all with different skills, ways of communicating and approaches and expectations of work. Harmonising the Generation Gap is one of the biggest  challenges facing business over the next decade.
