I spent the day at Dominos today working with their top team to explain how the world of work and leisure are changing. The new expectations from the next generation of employees and consumers is already shaking up sectors and legacy companies. Dominos UK has been a great success story the past ten years, despite recession and despite tech rivals Deliveroo and UberEats gaining a foothold. One of the main aspects of ensuring its continual success is solidify the relationship between HQ and the franchisees. It is a question of transparency, accountability and legitimacy – questions which Deliveroo and UberEats too are not immune.
