The Generational Blueprint™
The Generational Blueprint™ is a transformational workshop programme designed to embed real change at every level of your organisation.
Dr Eliza Filby, award-winning speaker, bestselling author and strategic consultant. has spent years advising global businesses on generational dynamics. Realising one-off talks weren’t enough, she created The Generational Blueprint™ to deliver lasting impact.
Today, understanding generational dynamics isn’t optional — it’s essential to future-proof your workforce.
These sector-specific workshops go beyond passive video content. In an age of AI and hybrid work, people need real-world discussion and application. This is a business-wide integration tool and designed for every level — from juniors, to middle managers and senior leadership alike.
The Generational Blueprint™ boosts collaboration, productivity, and retention in a world where communication is becoming increasingly transactional. It equips your people to use generational insight to work better, together.
Empower your teams. Build a workplace that works for every generation.
The Generational Blueprint ™ Workshop Design
Our workshops aren’t about helping senior leaders “understand young people.” They’re about building a shared language across levels, where every generation learns to listen, empathise and communicate better.
Sessions are designed to encourage cross-generational learning, ensuring everyone benefits from each other’s experience and perspective.
The programme follows a step-by-step learning cascade—starting with juniors, then managers and culminating with senior leadership. Each workshop builds on the last —so that knowledge flows upwards and informs long-term workplace strategy.
1. Juniors
Audience: Juniors and Early Career Professionals
Purpose:
This session flips the traditional narrative. While businesses often invest in understanding younger employees, this workshop empowers your younger employees to understand their multigenerational workplace. It helps juniors build the communication, collaboration and confidence needed to navigate professional norms and succeed across teams.
2. Middle Managers
Audience: Middle Management, HR Professionals and Team Leaders
Purpose:
Middle managers are the essential bridge between junior staff and senior leadership—but often find themselves pulled in both directions. This workshop equips them to navigate those tensions with confidence, using insights from younger colleagues to improve communication, reduce friction and lead with agility.
3. Senior Leadership
Audience: Partners, C-Suite, Executives and HR Directors
Purpose:
This workshop gives senior leaders the foresight and tools to navigate workplace shifts. From succession planning, evolving leadership and AI disruption, it aligns talent strategy with organisational vision. A holistic listening exercise designed to build perspective, dispel misconceptions and boost cohesion. Based on insights from across the organisation, it supports sustainable planning, informed leadership, and cultural continuity.
