Executive & Business Coordinator
Work alongside Dr Eliza Filby at the centre of a fast-moving ideas business
London | £36,000 | Full-time | Hybrid, with a minimum of four days per week in person
This is a front-row seat in a growing, founder-led business operating across ideas, media, speaking, research, content and strategy.
Dr Eliza Filby is a Historian of the Present, Sunday Times bestselling author, international speaker, content creator and founder of All Relative, a business intelligence platform helping organisations understand the forces reshaping work, wealth, family life and modern society.
We are looking for an exceptional Executive & Business Coordinator to work closely with Eliza and become a central point of coordination across the All Relative team.
One day might involve coordinating an international speaking engagement, the next helping prepare for a major media appearance, organising travel, chasing a client, improving a system, capturing behind-the-scenes content or making sure the right people know exactly what needs to happen next.
You will be the person who joins the dots. You will bring structure and follow-through to a fast-moving mix of projects and priorities, helping keep people informed, actions moving and important details on track.
Most importantly, you will create the space for Eliza to focus on the things only she can do - writing, speaking, thinking, creating and building the business - while helping the wider All Relative team stay connected, coordinated and moving forward.
This role will suit someone who gets genuine satisfaction from making things work. Someone who thinks ahead. Someone who spots the missing detail. Someone who can move comfortably between the big picture and the tiny thing that absolutely cannot be forgotten. And someone who wants real responsibility rather than simply a list of tasks.
Because Eliza's work is international and public-facing, there will occasionally be flexibility required outside standard working hours, including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.
You’ll work alongside Eliza across:
Executive support and team coordination
Supporting UK & international speaking engagements
Supporting writing, publishing and research
content creation support, such as behind-the-scenes capture at selected events and
creating social content including carousels.
Liaising with clients, partners and collaborators
Arranging travel, logistics and scheduling
the inevitable collision between business life and family life
You’ll also:
help connect people, priorities and information across the team
make sure important commitments do not disappear into inboxes, WhatsApps or meeting notes
coordinate a constantly evolving mix of speaking, media, travel, content and client activity
build trusted relationships with clients, partners and collaborators
help the team keep agreed priorities and actions on track
spot potential problems early and help resolve them
look for smarter, faster ways of working, particularly through technology and AI
You’ll probably love this role if you...
naturally notice what needs doing before anyone asks
are extremely organised without being rigid
enjoy being useful and making things happen
can handle lots of moving parts without losing sight of the detail
like working with ambitious, creative people
are confident communicating with senior clients and external partners
are curious about ideas, business, media and the wider world
are interested in AI and constantly looking for better ways to work
enjoy variety and would be bored if every week looked the same
take pride in helping other people perform at their best
You do not need to arrive knowing everything. But you do need to be proactive, resourceful, calm under pressure and hungry to learn. This is a role with genuine scope to grow. You will work closely with Eliza, gain extraordinary exposure to how a modern ideas-led business operates and become a central part of a small, ambitious team building something with real momentum.
